Circular dichroism

Summary

Circular dichroism is a very useful method to study the folding of proteins. The experimental spectrum contain information related to the secondary structure content of the sample. Circular dichroism spectroscopy can be used to study the effects of various parameters on the conformational stability of a protein sample.
