8th Instruct | FRISBI | PSB Grenoble Cryo-EM Course on Sample Preparation

The IBS, in collaboration with ESRF and EMBL Grenoble, is organising the eighth edition of the hands-on practical course on sample preparation for single-particle cryo-EM.
This 3-day workshop is aimed at PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, staff scientists, and team leaders who are new to the field. It will take place at the European Photon and Neutron Campus (EPN) in Grenoble.
The course combines theoretical and practical training, including sample optimisation through iterative grid screening, and provides access to state-of-the-art cryo-EM instrumentation. A demonstration of cryo-FIB milling for lamella preparation will also be included.
There is no registration fee. Accommodation and meals are provided; participants are expected to cover their own travel.
