IBS Seminar: Decoding Protein Interactions and Mutational Landscapes with Deep Learning
Date
Friday 13 September from 11:00 to 12:00
Localisation
IBS seminar room
By Dr Alessandra Carbone (Department of Computational and Quantitative Biology, Sorbonne Université, Paris)
Dr Carbone will present an overview of two large-scale computational methods based on Deep Learning, which enable the identification of protein-protein interactions across one or more organisms, determination of interfaces, assessment of binding affinity changes, and reconstruction of mutational landscapes from sequences only.
Hosted by Eugenio de la Mora (IBS/Metalloproteins group)
