IBS Seminar: Decoding Protein Interactions and Mutational Landscapes with Deep Learning

Dr Carbone will present an overview of two large-scale computational methods based on Deep Learning, which enable the identification of protein-protein interactions across one or more organisms, determination of interfaces, assessment of binding affinity changes, and reconstruction of mutational landscapes from sequences only.
