Team Burmeister
Responsible : Wim Burmeister
We work on the structure and function of viral proteins, in particular on the DNA replication machinery of poxviruses combining structural biology such as X-ray crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) and small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), biophysical techniques such as multi-angle light scattering combined with size exclusion chromatography (SEC-MALS), biolayer interferometry (BLI), surface plasmon resonance and fluorescence anisotropy with molecular biology techniques.
