Benoît Arragain (IBS/MEM) received the "Emerging Viruses" thesis prize awarded by the French Society of Virology and the ANRS agency during the Journées Francophones de Virologie 2022. Her thesis, defended in September 2021, was dedicated to the structural and functional analysis of Bunyaviral replication and transcription.
This prize is awarded every year to two young scientists whose research work in the field of basic sciences on emerging viruses has marked the field by its innovation, originality and high quality.
