BactoGre

The 8th edition of “BactoGre”, the annual meeting of Grenoble’s bacteriologists, will be held on June 05, 2026 at the IMAG auditorium on the St Martin d’Hères campus.

This event is an ideal opportunity for scientific exchange and consolidation of local interdisciplinary collaboration networks, to bring together researchers at all career levels, and to share the latest scientific advances. It’s also often the first opportunity for PhD students to present their research work in a convivial atmosphere!

The BactoGRE2026 organizing committee includes Corinne Mercier (TIMC), Sophie Abby (TIMC), Sylvie Elsen (IBS, PBRC), et Jochen Fick (Institut Néel).

Two guest speakers will be presenting their research: Dr Joanna Timmins (IBS, I2SR) et Dr François Rousset (CIRI, Lyon).

Registration (free but compulsory) and submissions (presentations and posters) will open end of feburary, with a limit of 90 participants (first come, first served).
