Séminaire IBS : Decoding Protein Interactions and Mutational Landscapes with Deep Learning

Par Dr Alessandra Carbone (Department of Computational and Quantitative Biology, Sorbonne Université, Paris)

Dr Carbone will present an overview of two large-scale computational methods based on Deep Learning, which enable the identification of protein-protein interactions across one or more organisms, determination of interfaces, assessment of binding affinity changes, and reconstruction of mutational landscapes from sequences only.
